I thought about 48 hours of rest would give my legs time to be fresh and my body to re-energize, but today's run was a struggle. I finished at 4.3km because of it. I guess despite the 2 full days of rest since my Friday run, it was still a real recovery run. Now with this behind me, my legs will get their energy back.

the day is always better when it includes a run outdoors in beautiful weather, even if the run itself wasnt great
