good 6.5

 ON

after a few days of not running due to Purim and some other issues, I got out this morning despite the crick in ym neck. I took it a bit easy due to the crick, and overall it felt good. I ran at a good pace and the run was a good run.

windy 6.5

 ON

very good 6.5km run in the strong winds. A minor storm is coming this afternoon and the winds have picked up and are very strong, making it difficult to run in some directions. Got in a strong 6.5km run though at a pretty good pace despite the winds.

tough 7.5

ON

wanted to run 7, but was over by a bit so extended to 7.5km. Was a bit tough. Beautiful weather but after a few days of stormy weather and no running, today's run was tough. I ran hard and had a great pace (no orthotic inserts again), but I felt worn out a bit. Tough run but good to be out there again and good results.

another great run at a fast pace, feeling strong and enjoying the sun. Again ran without my orthotic inserts. 6.5km and felt strong throughout. 

Storm is coming, they say, so i got it in while the day is still beautiful and warmish. This afternoon/evening we are expecting a bad storm with really cold temperatures, and it is unknown if I'll be able to run in the coming days, but for now I was able to take advantage of great weather.

just had a great 7.5km run. Great pace. exceptionally fast, for me, and I felt great all the way,. I dont know how I ran so fast. I havent run this fast in a long time. It was either a fluke, or the only thing I changed that might have caused it was I ran without my orthotic inserts. I will definitely try that again on another day to test this further. I did not know that orthotic inserts slow you down, but it is the only thing I changed today from the past several months of running.

I actually was not going to run today. I felt like skipping, but with a storm on the horizon starting tomorrow according to the forecasts, I was worried I might not get too many more runs in this week. Glad I did

wasn't going to run but it was nice instead of rainy, so i fell to temptation and went out for a 6km run. Joints were a little sore but pace was still pretty decent.

great 10km run. much warmer than expected. funny how in the summer I'll run in much warmer weather than this and be ok, but in the winter when it is this warm it is tough. anyway, great run in beautiful warm weather.

had a very good 10km run just now. Warmer than expected but beautiful. I only called it good because the last two kilometers were slower as I felt worn out by then and a bit depleted. The rest of the run was really good though
