 Altra Paradigm

ok 5km run this morning. Changing the clock last night to winter time helped me get out easily this morning. Still working on building up strength and stamina. Felt sore, felt good, felt winded, but feeling better than the previous run

Motzash 5km highlighted by sore muscles still from Friday's 5km. wow. In 12 years of running I never thought I would still be sore a day later from a 5km run

surprising 5

 Altra Paradigm

I finally pushed myself out the door and ran a good 5km at a surprisingly good pace, especially considering I havent run at all in more than two weeks. I am wiped out now but happy I got out there and hopefully this is the first step in getting back into a groove

burn 5

I am intentionally keeping my runs to 5km for now, as I build back some strength and consistency,  and try to get back to a routine of running regularly.

Today's run was great. I havent run this fast in ages. 5km at a fast pace, I was feeling the burn again but felt good and strong enough to push through,

very good 5km. went out a bit later and it was already warming up but not too warm. I felt good and pushed harder than I normally do recently and had a pretty good run at a good pace. Was feeling the burn!
