went out early to avoid the heat and it was already practically unbearable. It actually felt like it cooled off as the run went on, so after the first couple of kilometers it was not so bad. Though at the beginning I honestly thought I would only be able to get in a short run because of the muggy heat.
I ran 12km, which is a nice run./ Pace was a little slow but not unreasonable. Overall it was a good run.
