wow, it is hot out there. 5km run in a heat wave. I knew it would be hot today, and I did get out a little later than planned, but I didnt expect t to be that hot that early. Anyways, I ran at a decent overall pace but had to stop a few times both for having tired legs and due to the heat. I cut it at 5 as the run was not quality anyway, though I had wanted to run a bit further today.
