great 12km run this morning. Didnt get out early enough so it was very warm already when I ran, as we are entering another heat wave, but despite the heat this was a really good run. I felt strong throughout, except for water breaks and a phone call I dont really stop at all, felt strong throughout and just felt solid and in sync. I could have gone longer, but things are waiting...
