Went out for a run. Weather was perfect, between the past and an upcoming bout of really hot weather. i figured my legs would be worn out on my 8th consecutive day of running so went with a plan to not push hard and take it easy. I actually ran pretty well because of it, feeling good. Pace was a bit slow but ok, but felt good through 9km. I did notice, and thinking back it probably applies to my past 2 or 3 runs as well, that as I run slower my running form deteriorates and I slouch and run poorly. About 2/3 of the way through I noticed and tried to correct and seemed to run better the last portion...
