Second run for this week. no pain. I had a crazy week that messed up my schedule, so I had planned to run during the week but it just didnt work out.
The run was slow in the heat. I started out normal pace, but got bogged down in the heat after the first few kilometers.
I intentionally kept it "short", to build back up. I still feel in shape, but I also felt that my legs werent ready for a long run. I ran 9km, which is short for a Friday run, but average for a regular run for me right now.
I am happy I am getting back out there. 3 weeks of no running added a few pounds back on to my scale...
