getting back on track

After three weeks of no running because of a muscle strain in my hip, I went out tonight for an intentionally slow, intentionally short run.

I specifically wanted to see if I would have any pain, and go out for an easy run just to test everything.

For the most part everything was great, though I did feel a slight niggling pain - nothing hurt but it felt like it isn't perfect. It might just be over-paying-attention to it, or it might be not yet 100%. I'll get back into it and see how it develops. Anyways, tonight went well and hopefully soon I'll be back at full strength
