5km after the holiday. slow. but I got out there and did it
Brooks
I thought I would beat all the fires and smoke from the burning of the chametz but by mid way through my run people were already starting the fires so I had to inhale the smoke and acrid air. oh well. Had a good 8.5km run this morning, got back and burned my chametz, and no I have to go get ready for Pesach.

good recovery run. Didnt need to run today but wanted to but also wanted to keep it short and slow. Was going to run 5km but when at my water stop at just over 4 I decided to go to 6km, so I did. Slow pace, just an easy run in beautiful weather...

good 6km run. interrupted a bit by work and cut it at 6 due to work instead of going to 6.5-7, but good run overall at a good pace.
Yesterday's day off helped I guess. My legs didnt feel quite as tired as always
Brooks
went out early to avoid the heat and it was already practically unbearable. It actually felt like it cooled off as the run went on, so after the first couple of kilometers it was not so bad. Though at the beginning I honestly thought I would only be able to get in a short run because of the muggy heat.
I ran 12km, which is a nice run./ Pace was a little slow but not unreasonable. Overall it was a good run.

had a fine run this morning. felt pretty good, 6km at an ok pace. I dont know if I am suddenly slower consistently because I have been running every day for two weeks now so maybe legs and body are more tired and worn out, or if my shoes need to be replaced (they do but not sure if that is causing me to run slower) or if something else changed. Soon Pesach will be upon us and I will be forced to take a day off of running heer and there and we'll see how it is affected.

was just tired and worn out, and it was hot early. I squeezed out 6 but it was very slow and not energetic

good 11km run. With the weather heating up I am going to have to start making an effort to get out earlier. I did it today and weather was warm but still pretty good. I ran a little slower than expected but overall it was still a good run. These Brooks shoes are on their way to retirement. Any day now. Trying to squeeze the last drops out of them...
Brooks
was having a good run until I got interrupted several times with work calls and then decided to just cut the run and finish at 5km. would have been a good run if not for all the interruptions. oh well

Went out for a run. Weather was perfect, between the past and an upcoming bout of really hot weather. i figured my legs would be worn out on my 8th consecutive day of running so went with a plan to not push hard and take it easy. I actually ran pretty well because of it, feeling good. Pace was a bit slow but ok, but felt good through 9km. I did notice, and thinking back it probably applies to my past 2 or 3 runs as well, that as I run slower my running form deteriorates and I slouch and run poorly. About 2/3 of the way through I noticed and tried to correct and seemed to run better the last portion...

This was a real Motzash 6. I havent run Motzash ina while because of the weather but it wa sso nice out tonight I couldnt resist, though I knew it would be slow and short. Despite the really slow pace, I ran longer than expected or planned, finishing at 6km.

wow, it is hot out there. 5km run in a heat wave. I knew it would be hot today, and I did get out a little later than planned, but I didnt expect t to be that hot that early. Anyways, I ran at a decent overall pace but had to stop a few times both for having tired legs and due to the heat. I cut it at 5 as the run was not quality anyway, though I had wanted to run a bit further today.
