Had a pretty good 9km run just now.
This morning I woke up a little bit later than usual, and by the time I was finished with my morning routine (lavatory, prayers, etc), it was a little too late to go for a run, especially with the kids returning to school. Also, I wasn''t so driven to push myself out the door and make it work, so I didn't find a way.
Once again, the day was so beautiful, that after working all day, suddenly in the afternoon some time opened up and I really wanted to get out and run in the sun. It felt great, I felt strong, the air was wonderful and the sun warm. Just a pretty good 9km run at a decent pace.
