today was a good 6.5km run, but it was much tougher. Pace was ok. felt good but the run felt tough
the air was surprisingly and unexpectedly warm. I had delayed a bit going out because it was windy and I assumed the air was probably still morning chill plus strong wind, but when I went out I was surprised to be hit by the warm air with a strong wind. There was a strong headwind during much of my run.
