against my better judgement I decided to go for another run this morning rather than take Tuesday off. 5km at a very slow pace. As I was approaching the 4.5km mark around where I either turn right to extend it to a 6 or more run, or I turn around to cut it at 5, I was tempted to go to 6. Just because. I forced myself to just turn around and finish at 5.
