Pretty good 7km run. Felt good throughout. I really wanted to run yesterday but legs were just too tired. I almost went out anyway, especially when a major power outage hit and I couldnt work anyway, but I am happy I didnt - today's run would probably have been miserable had I forced myself out yesterday
