the weather was too good to not go out, especially with a storm on its way.... so I squeezed in a very short 5km run. The pace was actually very good but when I stopped to take a drink and a phone call I forgot to pause my watch so official pace was only decent.... on a short run a few minutes of super slow pace really messes the average a lot. either way, good run on a beautiful day
