I went out for a nice run as the weather has turned nice again. It was windier than I expected but generally nice. I was running hard and it was tiring but the run was staggered and interrupted by work phone calls, so I never really got into a good flow. I stopped at 6km just because I had already done enough for a basic run and too much was going on
