6km at a slowish pace. I almost gave up immediately as everything just felt bad as I started. I knew it wouldnt be a great run, tired from a bad night and muscles that felt sore from my fast run on Friday. I pushed to keep going and felt a little bit as I got into a groove, but I figured to just keep it short at 5km. As I approached 4km I decided to go to 6.
