6.5km early on another very windy morning. I picked a standard local route, running around the perimeter of the neighborhood plus a 1.5km circle on Dolev.
Strong winds, but they were only headwinds for small portions of the run. At times they were even to my back and that felt great!
7 consecutive days running now. 8 of the last 9 days. 9 of the last 11 days.
