Altra Paradigm
slow 5km run. After last weeks slow short run that I felt horrible on I was diagnosed with bronchitis. since then I have been on antibiotic, feeling much better now though not yet 100%. went out for a run tonight and I was very slow but at least I felt ok enough to make it the full 5km... the comeback begins!
