I am calling this a recovery run but I was not really recovering form everything, though my legs were sore and I just wanted to go out and stretch even though I should have taken the day off. I planned it to be a short run at an easy pace. I ran 5km at a decent pace, slightly faster than I expected. It was far windier than I expected.
