great 16km run this morning at a very good pace. Felt great all the way through.
Across Kishon, bridge to Gimmel, Yarmuth Park, Up across Eliyahu Hanavi in Gimmel and back, down to Road 10 (3855), across to 375, and back home.
And my early start means I beat the heat wave that is supposed to start today.
