3 days in a row. Kept it short, out of necessity and out of caution. I ran about 4km (maybe just slightly under) - Runkeeper app only logged it as just 3.1km and I don't know why. I might go back to Endomondo now because of these recent inaccuracies.
I am seeing progress. Despite my legs still feeling like having just ran a marathon, this run tonight was slow but without any stopping, unlike my previous two runs. I was not feeling fully in sync and my breathing wasn't great, but I went the whole 4km or so without stopping, so there's that.
