this morning I ran 7.3km at a really slow pace. I couldnt have sped up even if I wanted to. I just felt really slow.
I'd like to blame my leg exhaustion on my Insanity workouts, but I have been really slow (even though not as slow as today) ever since returning to running, as if I was not already slow enough before. The insanity workouts surely effect my strength and speed somewhat, and I guess within 3 weeks we'll start finding out how much is because of that and how much had nothing to do with it...
