Sat night

last nigh, Saturday night, I got a 6.5km run in. It was tough, and slow,. but I got it in. I had expected to run about 4km, and then decided to keep going and made it to 6.5.

Saturday night runs are usually the worst, after overeating on Shabbos and whatnot, but I still like to do them
