good 7.5

good 6

 Hoka

rarely can I call a Motzash run good, but tonight's 6km run was good. Good pace and I felt strong. this was more like a mid-week run. Maybe all the messed up holiday and weekend schedules also messed up this rhythm...

good 7

 Hoka

Today was going to be weird because it is post-Yom Kippur, and also post a minor injury (smashed a toe the other day and it was very painful but mostly, not completely, healed). I figured a long run would be too unrealistic and also risky, but I also didnt want a basic 6km. So I ran 7km instead. And it was at a significantly better pace than expected.

tough 11

 Hoka

This morning's run was a good run but it was tough. 11km and it felt like a struggle throughout, even though overall it was a good pace. Since I started running again this week post-covid I have yet to find a groove and it always feels like a struggle...

slow 6

 Hoka

slow 6km run tonight after the holiday finished. 2 days of eating and sitting in shul, a low 6km is the best I could expect

back to 6.5

 Brooks

first run in 11 days or so. After my last run my corona test came back positive so I had to be in quarantine for 10 days. While I was feeling fine, I still could not go out and run due to the required quarantine. Now that I am allowed out, I got out this morning for a run, unsure of what it would be like - would covid have affected me in some way that I was unaware of while sitting at home? would ten days of sitting at home have affected me?

So I went out with no expectations but I felt fine. Had a good 6.5km run at a good pace.

BH covid seems to have come and gone for me personally with little to no lasting effects.
