10km

this morning I got a good run in. I started a bit later than planned, but I was able to manage a 10km run, despite having planned a 7-8km run.

It started off cold and windy, but by the time I was done it was beautiful and warm.

Much of the first halfof the run had a decent headwind, making it slow going. I ran across Kishon, then up Hayarqon, Hayarden and Dolev Dolev. I did a loop around Dolev and then back in reverse down Hayarden, Hayarqon and back home.
