not a great run. not even close. 5km recovery at a very slow pace. Joints were still sore, so I knew it would be very slow. But at least I got out there on a chilly night and got my run in. Though I chuckle as I type the word "run" on a night like this, as it was so slow it was more similar to a walk than a run!
