Had a pretty good run today that was only good. 6.5km. I felt good overall, but it felt like a slowish run, nothing special. No burst of energy or whatnot. I once again felt fine so extended my run - what was going to be a 5km run turned into a 6.5km. I say it was a pretty good run because my average pace was much better than expected. So even though I felt I was slowish, I was actually running better than I thought.
