I got up this morning and was not in the mood to run. So I didn't. But I was out later in the morning and it was really a beautiful day so i decided that when I would get home I would go out for a run. So I did.
12km at an ok pace. Beautiful weather, beautiful skies, pleasant sun. Wonderful to be outside. The run itself was good and I felt strong almost the entire way, though the final kilometer was a little wobbly.
