had a very good run this morning, for the first run after a week off due to being under the weather. Still not feeling 100%, but feeling pretty good, so i went out.I planned it for a short run, just to get back into routine. I was very careful and conscious about my form, plus I ran hard, and the results showed with a much stronger pace that I have seen recently, though it wasn't easy because I still felt not at full strength from being sick (ie I felt tired-weak during the run).
Overall, very good run of 5km and next week I'll get back to my more regular running routine...
