Altra Paradigm
beautiful morning for a run. I planned to go out early but my early morning plans had to be changed late last night, so after getting kids to school and doing a little bit of work that was waiting for me I went out for my 5km run in beautiful post-rain sunny warm but pleasant weather. Run was 5km at a slightly better pace than the past couple days...
