I couldn't pass up on another beautiful day so I went out for a mid-day run. It was a bit of a struggle, but I had a fast 6km. Thankfully a couple times during the run I got work phone calls I had to answer and it gave me an excuse to stop for a few moments and rest my legs and catch my breath... I really wanted to go farther distance, but I still feel I need to build my strength back up. Even though I am getting fast runs in, it still feels like I am not running as strong as I was just a few weeks ago..
