On Cloudmonster
great 5.75km run. Great weather, warming up to a hot week but today is beautiful./ Ran fast, much faster than all my recent running, and it was difficult on my breathing and whatnot but I did it. I wasn't even trying to run fast, just noticed at some point that my pace was fast and my breathing was difficult after a while but I kept it up without a problem. The only difference I know of is that I put my orthotics in my running shoes. Other than perhaps a psychological influence, I dont think that made me run faster. I have used my orthotics in my running shoes int he past and didnt notice any lasting speed improvement
