good 6.5km run tonight after not running for a week. Was better than a normal Motzash run, likely because I am not recovering from a long Friday run as I am most weeks.... decent pace and felt pretty good

good 18km run. The first 3/4 of the run was really good. The last couple of kilometers was on the slow side. Despite the slow finish, the overall pace was decent.

ok 6.5km after the chag. took it easy and had a nice smooth run, just one post-chag pit stop, while the rest of the time the run was smooth

pretty good 10km run this morning. Nothing exciting, just ran in good weather, pushed a bit, and got good distance and a good pace

good 6.5km run. felt great, ran strong without much effort.
Funnily enough, I realized that different runs on different days can have almost the same exact parameters - similar pace, similar distance, same route, etc, yet one will be categorized as good, another as ok, another as difficult, and another as great...it is not necessarily the results that define the run, how fast I ran or how far I ran, but the process and if I had good energy, if I was able to push myself, if I felt good and in rhythm, etc. The results themselves are less important.

I didnt run yesterday and was not going to run today, because of feeling a little under the weather. Yesterday was combined with the extreme heat, but today is more normal weather. At one point I just said I am going to go out, and maybe sweat it out. I figured I would just go out for a short easy run, burn a few calories, sweat a bit, and go home. I did take it somewhat easy, but still ran 6.5km at a pretty good pace

take 2.
I went out this morning for a run but wasn't really feeling it. I was tired and unmotivated and just didnt want to be running. With a little niggle in my ankle, I just bailed and went home.
Later in the morning I decided to go out for my run, planning for a regular short run instead of the normal Friday run. While it was uninspired and lackluster, at least I was out there running 6.5km at a decent pace.

Even though I normally try not to run on Thursdays, so as not to hurt my runs on Friday, when I do run on Thursday I try to take it easy and make it a light run. After two days of not running, I felt like I needed to get out for a run this morning, but I wanted to take it easy. I kept finding myself running too fast and strong, and kept slowing myself down, but was still running at a faster than desired pace. To make up for it I cut my run down to a 5km run.

had a good 6.5km run. felt a little on tired legs but pushed hard even in the warm temps and had a good run
