pretty good 7km run. was planning to run 6.5, assuming a good run (I felt good when going out but that doesnt always translate to a good run), but I felt so good out there that when I passed the 5km mark I decided being a Wednesday I should bump it up to 7

low expectation 5
today i just wanted to get out there. I had no expectations. After Yom Kippur and building the sukka last night, I slept very poorly, so I went out tired and sore. I took it easy and overall the run was fine, albeit it extremely slow. That's ok. I got out and started my day with a run.

good 6.5
had a good 6.5km run. Nothing exciting. just a good early morning run
on today's run my mind wandered back to previous years when I was marathon training at this point of the year. I remembered running at 3 in the morning to be back for selichos after a 25 or 30km run along roads 38, 375, the 383, the 353 under the beautiful starry skies... good times

tough 9
I wanted to break 7 and was hoping for 8-9km. It was a struggle from the first step. Humidity was not too bad and temps seem to have dropped slightly, but from the first step everything felt stiff and heavy and like I shouldn't bother. But I pressed on. As I approached 9km I considered briefly extending it to 10km. I resisted the urge and cut it at 9. Overall a good, very slow, run but it was a struggle.

great 6.5
didnt have time to post this morning and then forgot later as the day went on. Had a great 6.5km run this morning. Slow, but everything felt good. Hot, humid, all the regular stuff for this time of year, but it was a good run.

good 5
good 5km run this morning. haven't run since Wednesday. Went Friday to run but had some pain in my foot so bailed, and yesterday was a fast day so took an extra rest day because of it. Today everything felt fine and had a good slow run.

good 6.5
got a little bit of a later start than planned, so stopped at 6.5km, but it was a good run, even if very humid. Felt pretty good and in rhythm even though it was a slow run, No need to stop at all.

tough 6
I was planning to not run today,as I prefer to run on Wednesday over Tuesdays, and while both are possible, sometimes it is one or the other. But then I ran. I woke up early and decided to go for it.
6km at a slow pace. tough run. felt like a struggle. I went the extra km to make up for the difficulty in running and slow pace

ok 5
the run didnt feel good. it felt like a struggle. I cut it at 5. Weirdly enough, my pace was better than all the good runs last week, but this run just didnt feel good. I was surprised to see my speed was better.

great 8.5
My goal today was to run more than 7km, hopefully 8.
The run was great, despite the heat, humidity and no air movement. I felt great. No need to stop except for a water break in the park. Finished at 8.5km, and it was my fastest run all week, despite it being a slow run. Obviously it was also my longest run. I think I kept my form pretty good today. Keeping form consistent is not an easy task, especially from run to run (rather than just within any one run)

good 7
got in a good 7km run, albeit slow. I ran a different route because I had to stop by my parents on Dolev and help them with something. So, I started regular running to the end of Kishon, out to the first section of RBS B and back but I ran back up Hayarden to Dolev. Ran on Dolev to my parents, did what I needed to do, then ran on Dolev to maor, down to Hayarden, and down Hayarqon back to home, with a detour on the bridge to finish at 7. I havent run the Hayarden Hill in a long time - wow, that was tough!

good 6
I couldn't run this morning, after going to sleep very late last night. I was just going to run tomorrow morning, despite preferring not to run on Tuesdays, but decided to get a late Monday night run in instead.
It was a good slow 6km run. Much hotter and more humid than I expected for so late at night. Felt ok.

good 5
good, hot, run of 5km. got a sightly later than expected start. Felt ok. I am self-diagnosing my self as having either sciatica or piriforms, probably piriforms because my lower back is fine with no pain at all. I think this has been the source of my unusual pains over the past 4 or 5 weeks. It is already much less and has not prevented me from running, but it is still hampering me in that i cannot go full effort - or my full effort as a lower level than it was because it hurts too much to allow me to run faster.

good 7
this is funny. I wanted to bump up to 7 or 8km today. But then I went outside and it was so hot and humid, it was unbearable. I decided right then and there that I would just run 5km and that would have to be good enough. The run went pretty well and as I approached 5 I decided I could keep going and run to 6 or 6.5. and then once I was running 6.5 there was no reason I couldn't bump it up a little more, so I finished at 7. There was no need to punish myself and run 8. I finished my run so drenched in sweat. it was really bad heat and humidity out there today.
