I just came back from what is likely to have been my last run in a while. While I normally would not have run today, after 2 days of running hard plus my legs being sore and stiff from those two runs, I decided to take advantage of what might be my last opportunity for at least a week and possibly more.
I ran 8km at an ok pace. I was sore and stiff and my first 3km were slower because of it. After the third km I settled in and had a few good fast kilometers, before heading uphill, and then back down fast to finish. Overall it evened out and the run was decent, but slower than most runs over the past few months...
