a dark, cold, overcast and rainy day had me abandoning today's run... but lo and behold the afternoon turned into a beautiful day, if still a bit chilly and windy... so I went out for my run.7km at a fast pace and I altered the last section of my run and ran down to my kids house and said hello to my granddaughter and got to wish her a good shabbos in person, making this a really great run...
