The weather forecast has extreme heat for today so I knew it was either get out early for a run or not at all. So I went out, trying to beat the heat. Sure enough, it was already very hot, with a hot breeze, though the sky was hazy so the sun wasnt hot and bright, so the run was not too unpleasant.
I got in 10km at an average pace. The flats and downs were a nice quick pace, and the ups were slow...
