got in a very good 6.5km run this morning in the nice sun and perfect temps...
working towards retiring these Brooks. They still have a little left in them but they are approaching the end of life. That is why I have not been rotating my shoes recently and only running in Brooks....

I went out for a nice run as the weather has turned nice again. It was windier than I expected but generally nice. I was running hard and it was tiring but the run was staggered and interrupted by work phone calls, so I never really got into a good flow. I stopped at 6km just because I had already done enough for a basic run and too much was going on

the weather was too good to not go out, especially with a storm on its way.... so I squeezed in a very short 5km run. The pace was actually very good but when I stopped to take a drink and a phone call I forgot to pause my watch so official pace was only decent.... on a short run a few minutes of super slow pace really messes the average a lot. either way, good run on a beautiful day

great mid-day 6.5km run at a great pace in beautiful weather... I was tempted to not run today due to tight schedule but really wanted to get out with the weather being so nice

I decided to go out for a run today and to try really hard to run a little easier. I was successful; so it was a really good, slightly less intense pace for a 10km run.

ran 7km at a great pace but it was tough and I had to stop a few times. Legs were burning and chest was exploding.

gad a great 6km run this early afternoon. Missed my window of a beautiful day and went out when it was already turning towards rainy weather. Overcast skies, windy and cooler. the rain is coming. A morning run would have been better. The run itself was great with 6km at a great pace.

Beautiful day, had a great mid-day run. Out int he warm sun. The park I ran through was full with classes out taking advantage of the beautiful weather and enjoying some time in the park, some people out for picnics and barbecues. My run was a strong 8.5km run at a great pace.
